Check-in is possible from 14:00 and departure until 11:00 in all LiRo Hotels & Apartments.
You can always check in to our LiRo Hotels directly after you have received your booking confirmation. Simply click on the link you receive by email and follow the instructions. On the day of arrival, you can then easily check into your room from 14:00 using your access code.
Check-out is automatic in our hotels & flats. Do you need an invoice? Please let us know. You will then receive the invoice conveniently by email.
You can book your desired LiRo location conveniently on our website or directly by telephone on +49 173 4219361 for Krefeld, Moers, Viersen, Solingen or +49 172 9715148 for Oberhausen, Mönchengladbach, Dortmund.
You can pay by credit card such as Master Card, Visa Card or Diners Card. For other payment methods, such as direct debit from your account or payment via PayPal, please contact us by email at info@liro-hotels.de or via our contact form. We also offer business customers the option of paying by invoice.
You pay at the time of booking using your preferred payment method (credit card, direct debit, PayPal or bank transfer).
LiRo Hotels do not have a reception desk. You can check in and access your room at any time – without having to wait. All hotels are accessible to our guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via an access code.
No, we do not offer breakfast at our locations. However, every room/apartment has a kitchen with a fridge (with the exception of single rooms in Viersen and Moers, which are explicitly offered without a kitchen).
Parking spaces are generally free of charge at our locations, but are only available in limited numbers. We therefore ask you to make a reservation in advance by telephone or e-mail.
The best price guarantee applies on our website. This means that we guarantee that you will not be able to book a cheaper rate on any other website.
All LiRo hotel rooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds, 43-inch flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, en-suite bathrooms with shower/WC and a kitchen with fridge (with the exception of single rooms, which are explicitly offered without a kitchen). Most rooms also have a desk with armchair.
Pets are not permitted. Exceptions are dogs for the blind, deaf and other comparable assistance dogs.

To change or cancel reservations that have already been made, please contact our staff in the LiRo Hotels reservations department by telephone or e-mail.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. For later cancellations we charge 100% of the total price of your booking. Please refer to our terms and conditions for information on cancellation deadlines during trade fair and event periods and for group bookings (more than 4 rooms).
Bookings can be cancelled by stating the reservation number.
